At 8PM on 10/31/2008 (This Friday a.k.a. Halloween), Wofford College will play Appalachian State University in a game of high quality SoCon football. These teams are currently undefeated in SoCon play. The FCS Coaches poll has App State at #2 and Wofford at #5. USA Today’s poll has them as #2 and #3. The game will be televised nationally on ESPN2. I picked up this tie at Stein Mart for $12.99. It’s got a Rooster brand tag on it. I’m not too familiar with that brand but the tie fabric is good for rocking a fat knot. A quick google for ‘rooster tie’ sent me here. Based on the prices listed there, I’d say the Stein Mart price is a good one.

My grandmother, Grace Brown, passed away last week. She loved the color pink and she was buried in a pink dress. I picked up a new pink tie to wear at her funeral. I got this one from Stein Mart for $14.99. The brand is Jones New York. I’ve been really impressed by the last few Jones New York ties that I’ve picked up. All have been really good for rocking a fat knot.

My brother very rarely wears a tie. So, when he sported one this weekend, I had to document it. Even blue-collar-chevy-2500HD-drivin-tractor-lovers like to rock a fat knot! Good job, Andrew!
